She has extensive experience in marketing New Construction Projects, from land search, acquisition, planning stages to marketing & sales including demographic profiling to the successful closing, all with an intense focus on her clients’ success and to exceeding their expectations.
Mary holds a B.S. in Economics, graduating with honors from Regis College and was involved in financial services industry prior to building & developing and becoming a licensed real estate Broker. Mary lives in Essex County with her husband and enjoys time with family & friends, traveling and experiencing the amazing local scenes.

Patti brings over 20 years of experience as a CFO in the nonprofit arena and is responsible for all the financial management, forecasting and reporting. She manages the disclosures, documents, and paperwork involved with the real estate transaction as well as develops best business practices with a laser focus on providing our clients with an exceptional real estate experience.
Patti’s friendly approach, consummate professionalism and attention to detail set her apart from other realtors, as she strongly believes that every client deserves the utmost attention, and she strives to create an empowering, tailor-made experience for each one. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Emerson College and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
