Builder, D.E.C.M. LLC Principal, Buz Couillard, graduated from Keith Academy in Lowell, MA, and went on to earn a BA degree from Bridgewater State College. After a brief stint as a High School teacher, in 1979 he turned to the arena of building sciences and real estate development full time – finding it more rewarding. Since that time he’s built and developed numerous projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire and has held an unrestricted construction supervisor’s license since the program was instituted. His projects include an array of products including: single family homes, condominiums, townhouses as well commercial property. In all, Buz has permitted, developed and built over 700 units of housing in his 38 year career.
